Fantastic dealership. Service department is Fantastic. My sales guy was great. This is my second vehicle I got from them.

I made the appointment on line and arrived at Cargill on time. My truck was taken in promptly and the work was completed (oil change, tire rotation and check up) within an hour. My only fault is usually the truck is washed after service and I was looking forward to it (as it stated when I signed up for service), and it was not done. I assumed the person doing the work didn't want to bother as it was lunch time...so I left without complaining. Honestly, I love Cargill, as a female widow, I have had to learn how to do everything on my own. Cargill has made it easy and they do not make me feel like a crazy person for not knowing. I return there (and not the other facility I was going to) because of the way they make me feel like a valued female.

Our salesman Matt was helpful during the process of purchasing a new Traverse LT. He was knowledgeable and willing to explain the new features of the Traverse.

This was my first time at Cargill Service Center. By the way, I first drove to the Cargill Dealership on route 44 by mistake. Cheryl took my concerns with my Chevy Bolt EV, the main one being the sudden loss of air conditioning. She discovered that there was a recall on my car which ended up fixing the AC problem, and there was no charge for the service! You could say that I was extremely satisfied and got a good first impression!

Took me right on time and I was out of there in an hour.
