Brought my truck in for a 40,000 mile check up and oil change, tire rotation. Got my truck back, check engine light was on and the tires were not rotated. Went back and the service tech said he thinks he did. I know for a fact they weren't, having a plug in one tire that was still in the same spot when I dropped it off. Did they actually do a full inspection? I will never know. Not happy!

Cargill is very friendly and listens to details. Feel like they put your service and customer satisfaction first.
