everything went very well

Getting my vehicle serviced went extremely well. The service department was very attentive to my schedule and there was no delay for service. I was updated during the process and offered additional options the technician determined were due. Overall, very satisfied with the process.

We are loyal customers of the Cargill dealership. We just purchased a new equinox and we worked with Moises and John Jackel. There was no pressure to buy by either one of them. You can tell that they truly enjoy what they do. I would highly recommend Moises and the rest of the sales team at Cargill.

I called to see about availability for a oil change. The service manager said come down any time. So I drove rate down, and they took me in and preformed the oil change quickly. When done, told me there were a few thing that needed addressing and printed out quotes on how much it would cost to to fix them, and explained why they needed addressing. No pressure at all. I chose not to have them do the other things at the time because I was short on time, and needed to be some were.
